We strive to have the evaluation completed within 24-48 hours after receipt of the drive. The time required for the evaluation is dependent upon the problems encountered.

Most recoveries will be completed in 5-10 days, our engineers will diagnose the problem and determine if data can be recovered.

Due to complexity of data recovery process, we will inform you the nature and extent of the problems if the process takes longer.
